Jumo stores only the outward postcode district, such as SE21. Do not enter full home addresses into profile or activity notes.

Activity listings may come from provider feeds, public pages, manual review, or provider corrections. Jumo keeps source URLs and freshness metadata to help audit accuracy.

Users can request account or household data deletion. Provider and scraper audit records may be retained where needed for catalogue integrity, safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
