A few things
you might wonder.

Is Jumo free?

Jumo’s everyday family tools are free to keep using. Your first 10 Jumo AI credits are included so you can try the assistant. Extra AI usage is available through optional monthly subscriptions. See Pricing for the distinction.

Do I need to get everyone else on board first?

No. Start with you. Bring your plans and information together, then invite your partner, children or trusted parents when you’re ready.

How does planning with other parents work?

Share selected dates or availability with trusted parents, compare club options and agree a plan. Interested, planning to book and booked are separate states, so you can see where everyone stands.

Can Jumo help me prepare for tomorrow?

Bring tomorrow’s kit, homework, forms, meals and pickups into one evening check. Give each item an owner and see what is still outstanding.

Can Jumo call or text me about a pickup?

Call and text backup is an opt-in reminder option. Set the responsible adult and reminder preferences. Delivery depends on the provider and phone connection; a reminder does not replace confirming who is collecting.

Do I need a Jumo tablet?

No. A dedicated Jumo wall-mount tablet is coming soon and will be sold separately. The shared-display concept puts the household’s day in view, while private information stays in adult spaces.

How much can the assistant do on its own?

You set the boundaries. Important actions such as sending messages, booking places or spending money need your approval. Proposed plans are kept distinct from confirmed arrangements.

Who can see our information?

Choose what each family member, caregiver or trusted parent can access. Sharing availability does not mean sharing your child’s whole calendar or your private messages.
